Reliance Jio India largest telecom Emergency Data Loan
India’s largest telecom operator Reliance Jio today announced an emergency data loan. The feature is intended for users who may suddenly run out of data in the middle of work but may not be in a position to recharge data instantly for a variety of reasons. For these users, Emergency Data will allow Jio users to use Emergency Data for continuous Internet access everywhere. The offer will be applicable to all prepaid Reliance Jio users and agrees with the vision of the company to provide affordable, value-added services for one and all.
Reliance Jio‘s Emergency Data Loan feature will allow users to recharge now and pay later. Each user will be able to make a loan for five data recharge packs, each for a 1 GB amount and valued at Rs 11 for a 1 GB pack. To accept the offer, users only need to have an active plan with validity, and the loan period for data usage will be extended until the base plan is valid. To get the offer, Reliance Jio users need to log in to the MyJio app and go to the menu button at the top left.
In the main menu, users can select emergency data from mobile services. This will open a banner from which users can click to proceed. It then displays up to five emergency data packs of up to 1GB, which Jio customers can use. From here, users can simply tap “Receive Emergency Information” and tap ‘Activate Now’ to add data to their plans.
This will instantly store data in user accounts, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted data usage for all users ens users can reissue another data pack to continue use after the first pack is finished. The same can be repeated five times. The move makes Reliance Jio a kind of telecom operator, ensuring that all users are connected and always.
