WWE SmackDown Wrestler Jimmy Arrested For Driving
WWE SmackDown superstar Wrestler Jimmy Uso has been released from prison in Pensacola, Florida. Police arrested him Monday after spending extra money on him. The WWE SmackDown Superstar was driving at a speed of 55 miles per hour in a place where the speed limit was set at 35 miles per hour. He also failed a sensitive test by avoiding a red light. As a result, he was jailed for driving under the influence. His blood alcohol content tests showed.202 and 205 while the legal limit in Florida was .08. Apparently, he had consumed ‘multiple’ beers before driving. According to an INC wrestling report, Uso has submitted a $500 bond to be released from prison.
There is no update on the court date for the WWE Star Court of Escambia County Clark in the court office. Authorities are still waiting for an arrest report. An earlier report had mentioned how he would be held for 24 hours due to the nature of the charge. Prison records further state that he was “kept in a tank. This is the second time in the last two years that Uso has been sued for driving under the influence. In July 2019 he was booked for something similar in Pensacola. In this case, the jury ruled that Uso was not guilty. The decision was made after police presented video evidence showing the wrestler stumbling and swearing during the arrest.
He was also held in Detroit in February 2016 on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct after he got out of his car. At the time of the incident, his wife, WWE superstar Naomi, was taking care of the wheel. He was released on bail after paying a $450 fine. He paid the money in exchange for a non-competitive application for not interfering with government employees. A source close to WWW officials told Wrestling INC that some high-level people were not satisfied with the behavior. In fact, they are frustrated and angry. Currently, Uso is present with WWE Universal Champion Roman Kings on WWE SmackDown.
